Return must be received and processed within 30 days to receive a refund to the original form of payment. For your convenience, online and phone purchases may be returned to a Mercurehomes store. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, unless we agree to credit a different payment type. Items delivered by our Marketplace vendors must be returned directly to them by following the instructions enclosed in your package and will not be accepted at Mercurehomes stores or the distribution center.
